Signing up for Charms
“Charms” is the program used to track the financial records of your student and as a means of communication (via email) between the band department and your family.
When I add your student profile to the database, I will be entering their MSD of Wayne email address and a parent’s email on file in Skyward.
At that time, both the student and parent will receive an email from Charms Office which contains a link to “reset the password”. THIS EMAIL FROM CHARMS IS ONLY VALID FOR 24 HOURS – AND IF YOUR STUDENT ACTS BEFORE YOU – you will need to email me to reset the student’s password and then you will receive another email from Charms.
1) Log on to www.charmsoffice.com and click the “ENTER/LOG IN” in the upper right corner.
2) Locate the “PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN” section of the web page.
3) Login to your child’s program account using the following School Code:
This will bring up the main parent page. You will access your student’s information by entering your password under “STUDENT AREA PASSWORD”. Please enter the password you created at the time you received your “reset password link” email (noted above).
NOTE: the email for your student needs to remain the address assigned to them by MSD of Wayne Township.
